Indian Journal of Commercial law and Constitutional Governance (IJCLCG) is please to announce  International Article Writing Competition 2026, as a platform that brings together students, researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, and professionals to engage in rigorous scholarly discourse on two significant and contemporary legal issues. This Competition seeks to promote high-quality legal research, encourage intellectual exchange, and provide participants with the opportunity to reflect their views on 10 years of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and Right to Dissent in Light of Jantar Mantar student protests.

Line spacing: 1.5 for body text, single spacing for footnotes

Alignment: Justified

Margins: 1 inch on all sides

Footnotes: Required numbered sequentially

Word count: 3000 words excluding footnotes 

Title page: Separate with title, author name(s), affiliation for Double Peer Blind Review.

File format: In (.doc/.docx)  Format.
